Install and configure Windows 2003 & 2008 R2 Servers.
 Install Linux Operating Systems such as Redhat, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
 Implement Active Directory Services on Server 2008 R2 and 2012 platforms.
 Maintain department-wise Security Policies on Active Directories.
 Configure essential Exchange Servers 2013, DHCP and DNS Services, as well as DNS Zones.
 Create Mailbox, Mail-Enabled Users and Distribution Groups; configure role-based access control.
 Create Storage Groups, Mailbox Databases, and Public Folders.
 Take backups of User Data and Mail Systems; restore when required.
 Maintain and manage ISA Server, Cyberoam Firewall, and Kaspersky Antivirus Administration Server.
 Perform installations of client-side anti-virus applications, printers, and printer networks.
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 7/8, Microsoft Dynamics 2013, NAV, and CRM.
 Manage Cisco Routers/Switches, VLAN, Hubs, Modems, and other network connectivity devices.
 Manage and maintain Spiceworks - a Ticketing System - m to handle User Requests.
 Install new printers and share them on a common network.
 Manage user requests via Remote Desktop and Remote Applications (Dameware Remote Control).
