Scope of the project was to develop in Oracle Apex for Financials (AP, AR, CM, FA, GL), Supply Chain (INV, PO, OM, QP, WSH), Manufacturing (QA, BOM, WIP, INV, MRP, ENG), HRMS/Payroll/Time Management and Implement it in all group of companies according to company needs.
• Review & Implementation of Share Point 2010 deployment Project (www.khidma.com):
Scope of the project was to address technical requirements of the company in terms of efficient SharePoint environment to include efficient designs, availability, performance reliability and portal security.
• Business Process Reengineering: Spearheaded team of Business Analyst for Gap Analysis; addressing over 150 business units to prioritize applications, data sets, and established recovery processes of BC/DR by working with Dept executives for staff trainings and exercises relevant to the plans.(www.gasco.ae)

Scope of the project was to provide secure connectivity to business applications for branchless banking by utilizing Citrix and RSA SecurID.
• Migration of Windows XP to Windows 7 for 12, 000 PC @ 110 UAE Branches (www.emiratesnbd.com)
Spearheaded a team of 30+ for all aspects of migration in all branches within schedule, budget, and as per scope.

As a Programme Manager my responsibilities were to gather System Requirements, Creating Project Plan, Formation & Training of Core Team, Solution Mapping, System Configuration, Finalization of Coding scheme incld. Program Specification, End User Training, Data Migration from legacy system, Go Live, Project Documentation and Post Implementation Support and Maintenance.

•Established Cloud Infrastructure business vertical for clients:

Private cloud multi-tenant IAAS (Infrastructure as a service) SAAS (Software as a Service) and DAAS (Desktop as a Service) design and implementation with VMware infrastructure, vCenter, SRM, and ESX Virtualizations along with Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop, and Active Directory infrastructure technologies.

• Established DR set-up that ensures a minimum outage in case of calamity for an Manufacturing Industry www.dawlance.com

Solution delivered was VMware virtual infrastructure 4.1 with HP Blade servers and P2000 SAN, created HA Cluster Environment with Veeam Backup and Replication solution for DR site also performed live P2V migration of different servers.

•BCP & DRP Project for a banking client www.samba.com.pk:

As a Programme Manager my responsibilities were to implement and review DRP and BCP based on BS-25999 for Head office and nation wide branches with creating teams, training and giving awareness of people associated with BC & DR.

•Established Centrer of Excellence PMO for a banking client www.samba.com.pk

Main Responsibilities were to set-up COE-PMO governance system for internal Projects. Developed high performing, multi-disciplined Project Team, augmented with external suppliers, utilising Matrix Management methodologies Developed IT dashboard to monitor/report status of projects and services.

•Created Project Health Check System (Internal Project):

As Strategic PMO Head developed a methodology for IT Project Health check for client’s various projects to focus on total cost of ownership and ROI, rather than initial implementation expenditure.

•Project Manager for Database up-gradation from 9i to 10gR2 & Oracle Data Guard implementation with server consolidation.

•Established capacity planning for SAN technology using IBM DS-4800, Tivoli Storage Manager for backups and Disaster Recovery Data Center as part of DR Plan.
