In October 2003, I joined Al Tamimi & Company, Sharjah branch as a bilingual legal secretary carry out the following legal tasks and services;
• Providing secretarial support to senior lawyer in his area of specialization (setting up of companies/re-structuring of companies etc.) besides daily routine office works.
• Typing, formatting, reviewing and proof-reading of bilingual documents, contracts/agreements under the supervision of the senior litigation lawyer.
• Correspondences in English and Arabic, sending faxes, memos and emails to clients.
• Translation: Basic Arabic to English and vice-versa.
• Speed typing liaising, communication, and coordinating with various department, lawyers and secretaries for completion of joint tasks.
• Meeting and greeting clients and communicating with clients via telephone
