• Successful in establishment of a highly productive and efficient administration team for the department.
• Maintain the Department’s administrative procedures and guidelines, in line with the Personal Procedure Manual (PPM) and other applicable National laws and amend it when needed.
• Administrative focal point responsible for manpower activities in Mesaieed with regard to staff appraisals, promotions, and serious disciplinary issues.
• Produce various management reports and statistics with regard to Manpower, Planning, and Quality Management Services.
Participated in Leadership Academy held by AFG College in January 2020.
