• My current job since November 2016

▪ Joined as Individual Contractor for Gulf region and further promoted to Operations Manager for GCC.
▪ Resource Allocation by recruiting and training new Mystery Shoppers throughout GCC focused on the basis of project and client’s requirement
▪ Handled several projects by coordinating with Bare International team in India (Mumbai and Bangalore).
▪ Managing International projects across various sectors like F&B, Fashion Retail, Visa Processing, Sports and Apparel
▪ Operating the project and making sure that it is completed on time.
▪ Guiding/Informing GM of Bare International - India with GCC (Specially UAE and KSA) work conditions, demographics and current situations.
▪ Design / Improvise questionnaire to capture relevant data as per client directive
▪ Derive insights from the data collected and present findings to clients /
stakeholder
▪ Supervise team of Project Managers and Asst. Project Managers aligned to me.
