Review the payroll and check the monthly deduction, reimbursement and transfer to bank.
Posting the day to day General ledger activities.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing .
Monitor the monthly accurals - bank accurals, prepaid insruance, medical insurance, amortization of major expenses .
Bank reconciliation and inter company reconciliation.
Prepare the yearly budget.
repairs purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department .
Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
