- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. (MENATI Region).
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Leading the Absence Management system by reviewing strategies, policies, processes, and procedures in place to reduce employee absenteeism due to illness, injury or similar reasons. (MENATI Region).
- Managing all internal employees’ transfers either between departments or from countries to another.
- Reviewing and evaluating the Company’s Employee Handbook.

-Prepared all activities relating to employee onboarding, such as, preparing contracts, medical enrollment, background check, and verifying educational degrees.
-Oversaw essential documents dealing with attendance, timesheet, and filling analyses.
-Assisted the separation process in Rezayat Group.
-Managed the retirement program for 12 companies under Rezayat.
-Created and shaped all templet letters in Rezayat.
-Formed the Induction handbook and presentations for executive management.
-Reconstructed the retirement policy and created an enhanced version.
