- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. (MENATI Region).

Manpower suppliers Department Jan 2015 -August 2017 : *Rotation*
-Worked along with Manpower Companies Team by controlling and monitoring all time sheets for 13 companies under Rezayat.
-Assigned as a focal point to assist in all payroll matters between Rezayat and Manpower Companies.
-Audited and reviewed Manpower Companies contracts.
-Evaluated Manpower Companies contracts and quotations.
-Directed and audited all statement of accounts for 13 of Rezayat Companies.
Group Employee Relations Department : August 2017- September 2018
-Prepared all activities relating to employee onboarding, such as, preparing contracts, medical enrollment, background check, and verifying educational degrees.
-Oversaw essential documents dealing with attendance, timesheet, and filling analyses.
-Assisted the separation process in Rezayat Group.
-Managed the retirement program for 12 companies under Rezayat.
-Created and shaped all templet letters in Rezayat.
-Formed the Induction handbook and presentations for executive management.
-Reconstructed the retirement policy and created an enhanced version.
*Preparing advertisement and notices for vacant positions in the organization.
