+ Communicate proactively and build strong relationships with customers and business partners, in order to resolve and indicate progress on significant issues
+ Manage and take actions on significant collection risk issues in order to minimize overall
+ Manage relationships with hotels by providing high standard of customer service & account management
+ Handle sales requests by phone and e-mail
+ Be the liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints
+ Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax
