Conducts job application correspondence and sees to due and proper answering and filing of all documents,
applications adverts, etc.
➢ Is responsible for recruiting in co-ordination with the various Department Heads.
➢ Analyses the working atmosphere and discusses possible improvements with the Department Heads and
supervisors and submits to DHR.
➢ Supervises adherence to remuneration guide lines and discusses any deviations with DHR.
➢ Surveys remuneration and social benefit policies of other competitors and compares them with our policies,
on a yearly basis.
➢ Counselling of employees in personal and professional matters.
➢ Ensures proper job descriptions are available for all functions, continuously adapts them in co-ordination with
relevant supervisors to operational requirements.
➢ Conducts Exit Interviews with all resigning employees to establish reason patterns for resignation.
Conducts co-ordinates and supervises all kinds of internal technical training and courses of the Department
Heads and supervisors
➢ Coordinates with all Heads of Department in an effective communication network that genuinely facilitates the
provision of proper Brand Standard Audit implementation.
Liaise with other managers and associates throughout the entire Hotel organization to ensure that the Quality
Assurance (QA) system is functioning properly.
➢ Development newsletters.
➢ Develop initial training plans of internees and staff.
➢ Establishes monthly reports according to Hotel's/regional office requirements.
➢ Maintains a monthly overview of course breakdown and attendance.
