Greeting customers who enter the Salon.
• Provide information to the customers .i.e. product knowledge, services, business offers, promotional discounts, gift packages, etc.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Receive payments or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, deal with refunds and change due to customers.
• Attending phone calls and answering queries from customers.
• Scheduling Appointments, organise a planner or type information into the system.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Maintaining Sales and Purchases register and records.
• Managing inventory of products.
