I was responsible of payment Collection, Financial Analysis, Prepare Invoices and follow up of internal & External clints and report any transaction of the Progress. Report to General Manager and Daily job representative of Sales (Process PO& RFQ). Reports to management of all activities. Handling key customer such as Saudi Aramco, Schlumberger, Halliburton, Johns Hopkins Aramco Cameron, Air product, private hospitals & Etc fully knowledge about Saudi Aramco Portal Publish ASN/GCC through portal system for payment process. Check PO status on daily basis and feedback to end user or expeditor. Prepare purchase order processor once receive from customer. Closely follow up with the customer for submitted quotations and outstanding payment.
