-Overseeing organization and maintenance of electronic and regular project file.
-Organize project meeting with QAQC program officer to update on QAQC issues.
-Troubleshoot and exercise independent judgment in resolving administrative problem.
-Working closely with the team leaders and unit Managers of the BDP and EGY unites ensure IRD standers documentation of impact desired results regarding employment and production as approved upon mentioned in the proposals; reporting to the POD/POO on any notes of progress.
Assure the positive progress of implementing the BDP and EGY projects in cooperation with the team leaders/unit Managers and POD/POO.
