1) Senior Project Engineer:
With the following responsibilities:
o Preparation of tender documents, study and analysis
o Preparation and scheduling of technical submittal & drawing (proposals to client)
o Preparation of bill of quantities and bill of materials at the start of the project.
o Tracking and following up the approvals of consultants on the technical submittals before purchasing.
o Following up the progress of the projects according to what have been previously planned (cost & timing) and make necessary amendments if required.
o Contacting the suppliers to arrange the required materials on the exact time according to client standards and requirements.
o Coordination between client and project team to optimize the execution of all activates in terms of quality and getting client satisfaction
o Solving and settle all the stumbled problem that the projects may face with.
2) Site Manager with the following responsibilities:
o Supervise all activates on the site and assure to execute the work in accordance with client standards (The last updated TMSS Standards).
o Assuring the safety conditions on the site.
arranging the material and manpower according to the activity
o Taking a suitable decision according to the situation
o Supervise electrical activates, earthing Mesh, Lighting system, Auxiliary power system, cable laying, Crane installation, Batteries/Battery Charger, protection panels, switchgear installation, GIS installation, Power transformer installation, ATS System, lightning & surge protection, HVAC, Fire alarm system, Communication system, SCADA system and testing/commissioning activates
o Review the electrical, mechanical and protection designs and amend it, if necessary, to be compatible with site conditions
o Handing Over the operational spare parts to clients.
o Installation experience of 69KV Hyundai GIS, 13.8KV ABB & Schneider switchgear.
o Closing all pending snags which usually hold the final payment
