• Represent Corniche hospital as core team member (IUC) in the largest Cerner patient accounting implementation in the world by attending and participating in all Cerner’s patient accounting system meetings, design review sessions, design testing scenarios, system testing and train the trainer events.
• Participate in annual financial and accounting audit by extracting required details, invoices, cash receipts, and claims reports.
• Extract data from Great Plains, convert it to excel, validate it, analyze it, perform required analysis and send it with feedback to revenue cycle director and other concerned departments.
• Support in e-claim preparation, processing, submission and resubmission.
• Study and analyze user's demands regarding system enhancements and developing new reports.
• Communicate with various departments in the hospital (Finance, Medical record. Lab, Cerner team, pharmacy and IT) to facilitate and simplify work process for users.
• Coordinate with SEHA development team for any update, issues, bugs and new requirements.
• Convey system updates to concerned users and provide required training.
• Support in billing system related printing and connection problems.
