- Managing maintenance Dept. activities in the ACICO industrial complex to ensure high productivity and least down time, the complex consists of: HEBEL building blocks/slabs manufacturing line, WEHRHAHN building blocks manufacturing line, dry mortar packaging line, and treatment plant, in addition to various utility machineries I such as steam boilers, industrial water have chillers, compressed air stations.

- Managing maintenance department activities covering the following production lines: 1- SIDEL water line, 2- TETRA PAK tomato paste line (processing & filling), 3- KOSME water lines (two lines), 4- Canned food line, 5- Cups water line, 6- various utility machineries such as water treatment units, air compressors, chillers, cold rooms and others.
- Setting-up department periodic objectives and goals in accordance with
company overall objectives, . In addition to preparing a list of KPI’s to actually monitor work progress and performance improvement.
- ​Preparing annual preventive plan according to machines requirement and
production plan timing.
- Preparing annual Dept. budget covering all expenses related to dept. activities including: spare parts, tools, consumables, projects, service outsourcing, and labor.
-​leading a team of 5 technicians to achieve maintenance Dept. goals,
including performing daily activities: routine checks, preventive tasks, in addition to acting as a technical support for solving breakdown problems by interpreting technical manuals and by communicating with machine’s manufacturers for necessary solutions.
- Managing spare parts inventory: 1- by maintaining minimum stock and safety stock quantities, 2- communicating with spare parts suppliers (local/international) to order required spare parts as per required technical details, 3- coordination with purchase dept. to select parts vendors and new items to guarantee continuous improvement.
- Ensuring that all dept. activities are done as per ISO management system.
- Maintaining factory assets list covering all machineries in production lines in additions to all machineries and equipment within utility and factories facility.
- Maintaining a library of technical manuals and software related to all assets to get easy access during troubleshooting machines problems.
- Maintaining records of daily activities including: individual machines work done history, breakdown records, spare parts consumption, and other data result from daily monitoring of machines parameters measurements.
- Preparing periodic reports to management showing work status and progress in addition to suggestions for continuous improvement related to standard processes.
- Analyzing periodic reports and data records to study assets performance and come-up with solutions and suggestions to improve work performance.
- Continuous improvement of technicians skills by arranging necessary training and sessions related to equipment under our scope of work.
- Cooperation with production team to enhance production processes and procedures
- Coordination with government institutions for renewal of company certificates and licenses

- Responsible for all maintenance works related to plant machines and facility, in addition to being a leading member in plant renovation project which includes modification of plant machines layout and expanding plant capacity.
- Leading a team of 14 workers to keep machines availability for production.
- Preparing plans related to preventive maintenance job including annual, monthly, and daily procedures according to machines technical manuals procedures.
- Enhancing workers skills to be able covering machines breakdown.
- Preparing all documentations and reports concerning maintenance done jobs according to ISO general requirements.
- To maintain history record for each machine for the purposes of performance analysis and to help generating new ideas and solutions for increasing machines availability and decreasing breakdown time.
- To maintain a library of machines manuals and software CDs ready as reference technical support for troubleshooting machines breakdown.
- Managing spare parts stock and requisition orders according to machines needs as per annual plan.
- Managing department budget and expenses to meet machines needs of required spare parts within a reasonable cost.

- Machineries/Systems included in Department activities scope: gas station, boiler system, electrical power generation units, Automated sheet metal paint shop, CNC sheet metal punching machine, CNC sheet metal bending machine, sheet metal power presses, Automatic copper tube brazing line, CNC Aluminum fin press, CNC copper tube bending machine, Air compressors, Freon Charging machines, Vacuum pumps, Gas leak testing utility, O.H Cranes, Jib Cranes, Lathe machine, Surface grinding machine, ..etc.

- Responsible for a 15-members team of maintaining different ranges of laundry and kitchen equipments from Italian and American agencies.
- Managing spare parts stock.
- Managing customers complains calls and assign the required team to decrease response time and meet highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Machines included in Department scope includes: Industrial Washing machines, industrial dryers, ovens, gas cookers, ice cream machines, Ice makers, coffee makers, SS kitchen equipment, ...etc.

- Responsible for a team of 10 workers performing final testing of central Air Conditioning units.
- Preparing the Test Checklist by extracting machine technical specifications from machine project details received from design dept.
- Following up with workers for suitable simulation conditions when connecting the AC unit, this is to meet job order requirements.
- Checking all components including Elect. Panel and motors ratings and compatibility to each other, also checking refrigeration circuit components and all unit features necessary for proper installation.
- Provide feedback report to Design Dept. and production shops concerning any required changes in unit components or functional sequence.
- Finalizing the approved testing report and invite QC engineer for final QC check and release the unit for dispatching.
- Covering testing facility needs: preventive maintenance, spare parts requisitions, hand tools requisitions, and calibration of data acquisition system.

- Responsibility for all ship's electrical system maintenance including: 2.5 MW diesel generators, 120 MCC for different ranges of motors from 1hp to 140hp, and ship's navigation system, in addition to checking MCC's and contactors and C.B's and other control parts for all ship's panels.
- Planning for Preventive Maintenance tasks as per ship trip schedule.
- Performing routine check on ship’s electrical systems according to IMO and AMSA regulations.
- Fabrication of new control panels as necessary according to international standard codes.
- Managing maintenance jobs documentation, and maintaining job history for each machine/system.
- Managing spare parts stock.
- Cooperating with safety engineer to repair/check safety equipments and apparatus on ship’s board as per harbor safety surveyor requirements.

Machineries/Systems included in Department activities scope: Electrical Power generating units, High CFM ventilating/Extracting fans, Air compressors, HVAC central system, water/Fuel/Sludge pumps, Diesel engine SCADA monitoring system, Ship navigation System, Fire fighting/Alarm system, Industrial/emergency lighting network, various power hydraulic systems, various pneumatic systems, steam boiler, water boiler, oil purifiers, sanitary vacuum system, ..etc.

- Developing action plans to reduce consumption of energy resources.
- Monitoring of all plant energy resources consumptions in daily basis plan to create database for further analysis.
- Cooperation with Jordan Royal Society for Energy Research to analyze data and come up with practical solutions for achieving maximum efficiency in utilizing our energy resources.
- Reporting directly to general manager for work progress and action plans concerning implementing of the royal society recommendations.
