To ensure that all the accounting cycles, financial process, financial reporting and internal controls are managed efficiently within the international standards and agreed controls.
Set up the Policies, Procedures and controls to centrally manage all the regional financial accounting tasks across all bank branches and regional office.
Leading the Finance team to: Control over the Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and P/L account), Control over Bank expenses and Income, Process vendor's payments, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation. Budgeting and Periodic Reporting for Central Bank of Egypt & Head Office in Abu Dhabi.
During the period from August 1985 to March 2011, I had assigned different positions in several banks and organizations in Egypt & UAE, detailed as follow:-
- Tax Officer at Tax Administration - Egypt on August 1985
- Credit Officer at Bank of Alexandria - Egypt on April 1986.
- Credit Officer at Alexandria - Kuwait Int'l bank on November 1990.
- Operations Supervisor at National Bank of Abu Dhabi - UAE on July 1991.
- Branch Manager at National Bank of Abu Dhabi - UAE on December 1999.
- Operations Manager at National Bank of Abu Dhabi - Egypt on October 2005
During this period I had Managed all the branch Credit activities in addition to all operations activities, such as Customer services, Trade Finance ( L/Gs, L/Cs ...), Accounting, Retail Products.
MBA - Master Business Administration.
High Deploma In Information technology & computer science . Tow years study , from 1987 to 1989 . Grad " good " .
Bachelor of Commerce , Accountancy Major . Grade " Very Good "
