• Overall management responsibility for defining the marketing strategy to Wataniya mobile (managing all strategic planning process).
• Manage business and trend analysis, performance management and development of strategic guidelines.

• Manage the process of providing valuable consumer and customer intelligence analysis and review Customer Analytics reports. Inform and advice upper management on strategies to tackle business issues.
• Support business with selecting targets and designing the related marketing campaigns including location based /Geo Marketing.
• Analyze feedback based on usage and interactions with customers. Provide feedback to Marketing for further iterations.
• Lead the analytics of the Data-Warehouse and data mining to provide deep understanding of customer behaviors and usage.
• Drive customer insight and analysis to assist and create customer Acquisition, Retention and Loyalty activities.
• Support marketing (Loyalty & Retention, Product Management) staff/projects, in collaboration with other Marketing team members.
• Provide Data-Warehouse insight, ad hoc data-sets and reports (KPIs) to support and develop the Customer Lifetime Value of company’s customers through application of modeling techniques and predictive analysis.
• Initiate ideas, tasks, and projects in support of CRM business Analysis.
