Direct and supervise the technicians in performing the installation & Maintenance and provide them with necessary assistance when needed.
 Manage, direct and control the day-to-day activity of the customer Services Department, including :
 Technical training for manpower.
 Safety measures and security.
 Arrange for site visits, meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and establish a smooth business relationship with customers.
 Generate more maintenance contracts and enhance the customer fault reporting technique, fast reply, control and services.
 Assist management and Sales Department in matters related to new technologies, providing technical solutions and assist in Contract negotiations with potential and existing customers.
 Coordinate between technicians who are specialized in NCD and SSD, and arrange the steps of their share of work to ensure the proper installation.
 Ensure complete and accurate update of customer database.

 Solve any problem that appears during installation and escalate the issues to his superior and forward technical report for the action taken.
 Obtain the customer's signature on completion of system installation indicating that it was received in full operation status.

- Responsible for Solution Design ensuring the most viable, effective solution is designed to meet customer’s requirements.
- Verify that the order documentation meets the requirements identified in respect of the proposed solution design. Develop PID documentation where appropriate, ensuring complete and accurate information is provided to Projects.
- Provide an escalation route for customer/prospect and sales team for initial technical and design issues, liaising with Technical Department as required, to ensure swift responses.

- Reviewing & quoting of received enquiries for both day-to-day and project requirements with the back-office support of Panasonic.
- Design and prepare an offer after studying the drawings and the client needs.
- Answer all technical enquiries of the customer.
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Provide (Sales & Presales &Technical) presentations and trainings.
- Assist the Sales team when needed for technical presentation.
- Assist the Sales force in the technical part and clarifications needed by the MEP Contactor/Consultant site engineer, ....
