• Representing the company to potential customers through direct communication in face to face meetings, trade fairs and events.

- Work closely with Associate Account Managers and Pre-Sales on day-to-day operational processes.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals.
- Prepare market insights reporting, including analysis and research
- Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
- Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
During this period I have completed a course related to Astronautics and Spacecraft Attitude Dynamics and Control.
Also I have been engaged in a project related to develop a Matlab/Simulink simulation to model satellite attitude .
