Responsible for audit and verifies proper implementation of the World Bank’s fund program aimed at supporting key
public bodies in implementation of economic and public sector reform. I prepared the audit procedures based on the
World Bank’s audit protocol, prepared required documentation, and was responsible for ensuring monitoring.
- Prepare both Verification and Independent Audit Reports related to the above-mentioned program and submitting
them to the Assistant Secretary-General for Technical Affairs at the Audit Bureau of Jordan.
- Monitor and evaluate implementation of projects and legislative reforms, in coordination with multiple key ministries
and World Bank.
- Report to the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MoPIC) and management of the World Bank’s the
finding of DLRs implementation.
- Prepare annual consolidated audited financial statements for the P4R covering all participating line ministries with a
consolidated management letter.
- Coordination and following up at the highest level amongst the dedicated line ministries and project management
unit supporting the implementation.
- Verify the Disbursement-linked indicators (DLIs) of the P4R and supporting documents.
- Provide assistance to the Jordanian Audit Bureau teams in conducting some of special assignment, for example,
auditing government-owned companies.

- Performed financial, operational and compliance audits in accordance with the internal audit plan.
- Collected and analyzed data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud, or non-compliance with laws,
regulations, and management policies.
- Inspected accounts books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting
procedures to record transactions.
- Conducted the procedures set forth in the audit program and documented the results achieved.
- Prepared detailed reports on audit findings, analyzed and verified annual reports.
- Developed recommendations for internal control.
- Reporting the results to audit manager.
-Tracked corrective actions to ensure they were implemented.
-Participation as an independent body in recruitment committees.

Finance Assistant :
Projects Accountant, Prepare the financial reports to donors such as (UN Women, USAID, GIZ, UNHCR, OCHA… etc.), Direct supervision of the calculation and preparation of taxes related to income taxes, Follow up on contracts renewal, Preparing and checking transfers and payments, Doing logistic work, including preparing PO, GRN, Bid evaluation ... etc., Preparing financial reporting, audits, and close-out; bookkeeping, utilizing QuickBooks accounting system, Contribute in all required audits, provide and record all petty cash transactions, bank reconciliation.

• Senior Accountant :
• Control the Fixed assets : Preparing the annual depreciation and enter a depreciation expense
• banks reconciliation, : trace monthly bank transactions, and reconciliation the between book balance and Bank balance and Online Banking
• Payroll Control and Audit : Prepare the payroll, social security, Health insurance entries, audit the payroll, calculate the income tax, and transfer the payroll to the bank, verify employee and employer wages subject to Jordanian Tax Law,
• Taxation Prepare the necessary Tax Reports (Sales Tax / income Tax / Employee income tax) Such as (16%, 10%, 5%Prepare the non -Resident Services Reports (10% and 16%), and The Sales Tax Report every two months, Calculate The Company annual income tax (20% Services activities
• Social Security system ( Officer social security ): Prepare all Necessary reports and Follow all necessary transactions and prepare all deductions and payments according to social security system
• Collection : Collection of all receivables and related receivables
• Preparing the financial reports (Profit & Loss statement, Balance sheet & cash flow statements) & analyze these reports vertically & horizontally & through ratio analysis & compare the actual results with the budgeted & report to CEO .
