- Support remote and onsite field engineers, distributors and customers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT, automation, optical fiber, pneumatic and fluid control technologies.
- Conduct technical project management in R&D, system integration and support.
- Perform system installation in bank, insurance, government, book and news paper companies.
- Conduct validation and Commissioning certificate as Site Acceptance Test.
- Provide engineer basic and advanced training sessions.
- Coach customers to ensure print quality and production.
- Coordinate report, VOC to R&D teams in Dayton, USA to increase reliability, efficiency and quality.
- Manage showroom, proof of concept, demonstration and print sample for customer’s request.
- Prescribe Drop-On-Demand, Continuous Jet print solutions to sales teams and customers.
- Create tool as decision-making tool for Sales, field engineer and distributor.
- Provide documents as requests.
- Sales prospecting, identify customer new project, get the deal in automotive area.
- Business price estimation for industrial electrical, mechanical and automation solution.
- Project Management to budget, quality, human resources, communication, risk, and shipment.
- Interaction with different R&D Engineering department.
- Write technical & commercial documents as deal contract, Site and Validation Acceptance Test.
- Provide training and coaching to customer to respect schedules of conditions.
