Managing the Utilities works for 41KM Metro with 22 stations of Elevated, Underground and Shallow sections of 300M USD contract value. Technical and Construction including managing designers and subcontractors on site. Scope of work is relocation of existing utilities in conflict with Metro Elements, 41KM corridor refurbishing and storm water drainage system, including landscape, irrigation, hard scape and street lighting, connections from metro to stakeholders existing networks.
Responsible for all Electrical interfaces for Riyadh Metro Project (P2) Line (3)-ArRiyadh New Mobility (ANM). Duties includes requesting Electrical supply for sites and perform all the tasks related to complete the application like drawings Single line diagrams and power consumption calculation. Requesting Disconnection of Electrical power from Construction sites which include coordination with the Municipality Lighting department and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). Furthermore, I coordinate with SEC and National Grid (NG) for utilities diversion of Low, Medium and High Voltages to relocate Cables and review the designs and drawings that is supplied by our Technical Department to get to an agreement to the proposal. Finally, prepare letters, coordinate meetings, maintain good relations and strong communication with third parties to reach to successful resolution.
Oversees the maintenance operations in the signaling and telecommunication department.
Maintenance engineer for a project with Saudi Railway Organization. My job is to maintain the systems working on the Railway especially the signaling system.
