Accounting for the operational costs and overseeing the inventory control for all associated brands and locations
• Responsible for making costing reports to assist the management in decision making
• Making monthly reports to compute the cost of goods sold for the preparation of the in-come statement
• Carry out timely and accurate recording of vendor invoices, payables, and adjustments on to the accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Liaising with vendors to perform reconciliation of accounts to ensure timely payments as per the mutually agreed upon contracts
• Responsible for handling cash and cheque payments for HR related activities and maintaining record for the same
• Performing monthly bank reconciliation and making adjustment entries to close the accounting period
