Accountabilities:
 Responsible for successful planning and execution, while ensuring profitable, timely, and high-quality completion of multiple projects in parallel, worth $500k to $5 million.
 Coordinate with customers for understanding of business requirements to be translated into feasible technological solutions.
 Conduct evaluation of potential project risks followed by implementation of remedial measures to minimize schedule delays and additional costs.
 Involved in preparation & submission of weekly & monthly Project Progress Reports and financial updates to the customer and higher management.
 Plan and manage the project’s budget to ensure that project costs are contained.

 Identify, evaluate, and mitigate internal and external conflicts by utilizing negotiation and argumentation skills to implement workable solutions.
 Develop, implement, and enforce change management procedures, to prevent scope creep.
 Actively participate in team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and escalations.
 Prepare and give presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
 Spearhead activities of the operations team in setting, monitoring & accomplishment of targets and KPIs in terms of revenue achievement, implementation of pricing and customer satisfaction.
 Develop and mentor team members via effective performance evaluation and feedback and assist HR with various training initiatives to fill in their skills gap.

Accomplishments:
 Successfully completed all complex projects ahead of schedule, on budget, and within scope, while surpassing all pre-defined quality benchmarks and expectations.
 Managed projects of up to $5 million and cross-functional teams of up to 25 internal and external members.

Created, tested and managed TDM interconnects with PTCL, cellular operators, and other telecom operators in different cities by creating SS7 signaling links and circuit / trunk groups.
Using strong concepts of call setup scenarios, worked in tandem with ZTE, Lucent, Siemens, and Ericsson engineers to isolate and resolve internetworking issues while establishing interconnects with different operators.
