Preparing daily/weekly/monthly absenteeism, cadres & turnover reports.
Control absenteeism & maintaining company cadres.
Adherence all company policies & procedures to agreed standards.
Effective communication with top Management & subordinates.
Assists in resolving HR issues in a timely manner.
Involved in the disciplinary & grievance procedure.

The role of the Admin Officer is to coordinate all the Administrative support
to the Field Technical Teams and related Office operations directly and or
through subordinates.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ascertains HR requirements & filling of vacancies.
Recruitment, Selection, Placement & induction to new staffs.
Participates in performance management framework.
Preparing Weekly Progressive Report.
Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly fuel consumption/reconciliation/vehicle
maintenance expenses reports.
Monitoring Vehicle Movements & take control measures for misused.
Acts as a key focal for correspondence & maintains registry.
Making Decisions & Solving Problems.
Responsible for Staff Rules, regulations & procedures.
Attending meetings on behalf of top management in district level.
Supervises the office caretaker & security guards.
Prepare and monitoring the attendance register, absenteeism report, leave
records, OT & no pay.
Operates the petty cash imprest system.
Coordinate with field teams RE: personnel, accounting, purchasing,
maintenance of building, Vehicle, Electronic/Electrical equipments etc.
Responsible for lease/service contract/maintenance & security agreements.
Ensures timely payment of all utility expenses & service providers.
Control measures for utility bills and stationary misused.
Maintenance of the Master list of overall assets.
