Duties & Responsibilities:
• Witnessing daily inspections as per request for inspection (RFI).
• Witnessing pre-pour inspection of reinforcement, shuttering, in-situ concreting & precast concreting.
• Witnessing concrete pouring, sampling, trial mix, testing at field density and laboratory, review test reports and analysis the reports.
• Witnessing for receiving of material sampling before using at site.
• Witnessing elevation, lines, coordinates of survey control points for pipe racks, tanks & pipe line works.
• Inspection of structural steel installation and checking alignment, torque test & grouting.
• Witnessing on-site testing of materials, review test results and order the removal and replacement of non- compliance materials.
• Ensuring all activities shall be implemented as per approved ITP’s and overview sampling and testing, monitor the frequency and number of tests required for every operation.
• Witnessing of pre padding, back filling, post padding and berm for GRE, fire water & pipe line works.
• Ensures that the work executed at site as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and quality control procedures is being implemented.
• Initiates non conformity report in case of any nonconformity or deviation arises.
• Review and comment contractor's ITP (inspection test plan), method of statement and procedures.
• Review, interview & approve QC personnel CV’s are submitted by the contractor and sub-contractor.
• Check & monitor the status of calibration for testing equipment and tools periodically,

Projects Scope: Crude Oil Storage Tanks-6 no’s, Foam Tanks (Floating Type of 7150m3 & 15400 m3), Substation
Buildings, Fire water Tank, Fire water pump with associated facilities in Madinat Zayed Storage Terminal & Right
of way for 900kms 10-28 inches Pipe Lines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carryout stage wise inspections of all civil activities as per RFI from EPC contractor.
• Carryout inspection, surveillance witnessing contractor activities, ensuring approved records aremaintained.
• Attend all activities on the site and ensure that the work complies with the requirements of theproject
specification and relevant codes and standards.
• Witnessing/Monitoring of soil compaction, concreting, trial mix as per project specification.
• Witnessing of lines and coordinates of surveys activities for pipe line works.
• Witnessing of pre padding, back filling, post padding and berm for pipe line works.
• Assisting sub-contractors for the technical and field queries with PMC.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct all stage inspections as per approved QCP/ITP with contractor and sub-contractor.

• Conduct inspection for all civil or structural related materials upon arrival at site and prior to usefor construction.
• Witnessing/Review field density and testing of materials e.g. steel bars, aggregates, sand, soil, cement & water.
• Interface with site team and contractor’s personnel.
• Review method statements, QCP/ITP and all QA/QC related procedures.
• Report on non-conforming items including preventive and corrective action.
• Monitor contractor’s quality systems, records and quality personnel for compliance with requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Carrying out inspection activities for civil construction works such as reinforcement fabrication, installation,
shuttering, & concreting works.
• Witnessing of the soil compaction tests for each layer of backfilling for approach roads and drillinglocations.
• Monitoring all activities of subcontractors to ensure with specifications and quality control criteria.
• Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and report
to senior manager detailed potential problems for early resolution.
• Responsible for sending QC reports and other relevant data to the manager.
• Responsible for preparing punch list for rectification during theinspections.
• Checking / witnessing of survey activities.

Project Scope: Permanent Buildings, Sewage Treatment Plant, RO Plants, Gas Gathering Station, Cellar Foundation for Rigs, Precast Units, Earth Filling & Compaction, Approach Roads, Trenching, Padding, Lowering, Backfilling, Reinstatement works for Road Crossing for Flow lines and GRE Pipe lines works.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-inspection on site to verify and validate the Inspection request prior to client’s actual inspection.
• Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out expediently.
• Conduct inspection for all civil & structural related materials upon arrival at site that only approved materials shall be used in the project.
• Witnessing field density tests, prior to check concreting pouring & laboratory testing.
• Witnessing of pre padding, back filling, post padding and berm for pipe line works.
• Assist in conducting quarterly internal audit within the project in order to check the compliance to the implementation of quality assurance plan, and integrated management system (IMS).

• Assists conducting quality inspections for final stressing of anchors or bolts.

and maintain client satisfaction throughout course of the project.
- Liaising with any sub-contractors, site manager, supervisors and the general workforce.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the
work of any subcontractors.
- Responsible for ensuring that, construction methods are in line with drawings and are well understood by
concerned supervisors.
- Complete the project within the schedule with effective cost control and minimized labour force.
- Issuing sub-contractor stage invoices after completion of the works.
- Preparation of cost estimates, extra works claims, variations & reconciliation statement.
