WORKING EXPERIENCE From October 2007 Presently working as a Senior Technician in Aerostructures Overhaul Department in GOODRICH, Dubai MRO Campus, U.A.E. approved by FAA, EASA, GCAA and GACA authorities. Responsibilities & Exposure: 1. Carry out Inspection, Overhaul and Repair of Aircraft Nacelles like Thrust Reversers, Firewalls, Fan Cases, Translating Sleeves, TR Fixed Structures, Inlet Cowls & Exhaust Nozzle Assemblies of B747, B757, B737, A340, A330, A320, A319, MD11, MD90 etc. aircrafts and CFM56-5A/5C, RB211 524C2, Trent 700, GECF6 80C2, V2500, PW 4000 and GE90 etc. engines. 2. Carry out detailed Visual Inspection of the Nacelle components i.a.w. Component Maintenance Manual, IAE Drawings and Goodrich Inspection & Repair Record documents. Identify the parts required and add to the Bill of Materials in SAP. 3. Carry out Metal/Composite Repairs using recognized techniques and approved tools/equipments and prepare appropriate repair records.
