EPC project for the construction of the 50-hectare main Operations and Maintenance facility of the Etihad Rail Network in UAE. Brief Scope of Work includes the following (but is not limited to), Design Development and Detailed Design, obtaining all approvals and NOCs, preparatory Works, Civil & MEP Works, Laying of track inside the facilities and alignment with main line.
Reporting to the Project Director and Partner’s Regional HSE Manager’s. Duties includes monitoring safety, Health, Environmental & welfare performance, implementation of JV policies and directives, planning and achievement of EHS objectives and targets, HSE trainings scheduling and delivery, conducting and participating in inspections and audits, incident reporting / investigation, promotion of HS & E, man management, & subcontractor’s management

The key aim of the project is to provide vehicular access into the new mall and the surrounding development of the Dubai Hills Estate, both of which are in an advanced state of construction. The project scope includes the construction of 9 bridges within Al Khail Road corridor and associated at grade road approach ramps and construction of 3 bridges within Umm Suqeim Street corridor and associated at grade roads and approach ramps. The project scope also includes the diversions of 132KV Cables on Al Khail Road, potable water main on Umm Suqeim Street and Irrigation main on Al Khail Road including micro tunneling works for 2.0 diameters pipeline crossing on both highways.
Project: - Improvement of Al Wasl Road Phase 1/B Interchange 2.5, Sheikh Zayed Road
The project scope is to construct 5 bridges namely bridge Main -SN-1, Main SN-1, Bridge RMPES, RMPSW2-2, RMPWN crossing the existing Sheikh Zayed Road. 2 bridges (Main-SN-1 & Main-NS-1) will fly over the existing Dubai metro and RMPES will cross beneath exiting Dubai Metro viaduct.
The project also includes the construction of grade road, bridges (3.7km), roadways signage, pavement marking, street lighting, storm drainage, sewerage and irrigation, diversion and / or protection of existing services, micro tunneling for portable and drainage lines and other new services.

The midfield terminal building project scope involves the supply, design and installation of non-structural metal and architectural metal works for buggy rail almost 35KM, fire rated insulation boards, crush barriers, rails, columns, cubical system etc.

Reporting to the General Manager- Projects and leading a team of two Health & Safety Coordinators, Four HSE Engineers and Sixteen HSE officers. Duties include the coverage of all HSE aspects, including developments of plans, implementation, monitoring, auditing, and man management, & subcontractor’s management.

Project: - Water Mega Reservoir PRPS-3 Rawdat Rasheed
PRPS-3 at Rawdat Rasheed, scope includes the construction of water storage reservoirs, at Rawdat Rasheed new Primary Reservoir Pumping Station (PRPS) site which is in the vicinity of the Qatar Utility Corridor (QUC). Construction of reinforced concrete reservoirs pumping stations, guard houses, control room, electricity sub-stations, transformer buildings, generator buildings, workshop, chlorination building, water testing facility, kiosks. Hard and soft landscaping including planting and irrigation. Site boundary wall including access gates, barrier arms and security.
Reporting to the Project Directors and Operations Unit HSE Manager; Leading a team of one deputy HSE Manager, one senior Plant HSE Engineer, Five HSE Engineers and Twenty HSE officers. Duties include the coverage of all HSE aspects, including developments of plans, implementation of group EHS systems and operational procedures, monitoring of the compliance, auditing and measuring the performance, setting targets and objectives, coordinating with client and consultant EHS staff, reviewing reports, preparing, and delivering training modules, participating in EHS walks, inspections and incident investigations, man management and management of subcontractors.

Project: - Maintenance of Abu Dhabi - Al Ain Highway (E22) and Truck Road - United Arab Emirates

The project including maintenance of the Al Ain - Abu Dhabi 110 KM and Truck Road 120 KM road maintenance, upgradation, laying of asphalt, road diversions, replace of crush barriers, road line marking, reflectors, and installation of highway electronic signboards.

Project: - Akoya Park - Al Hebiah Third - Dubai Land (Mudon) - Road Infrastructure Works Package 1 - United Arab Emirates.

The project involves the installation of pipelines for sewerage, storm water potable water, electricity and telephone lines, construction of pumping stations for potable water, sewerage and irrigation, micro tunneling works for water and sewage lines of various diameter ranging from 1.2meter to 2.0-meter, Non-Destructive Road crossing and Horizontal Directional Drilling, construction of internal roads.

Project: - Jumeirah Golf Estates - Phase A Infrastructure Works - Underground Pipe Works - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

The project involves the installation of pipelines for sewerage, storm water potable water, electricity and telephone lines, construction of pumping stations for potable water, sewerage and irrigation, and micro tunneling works for water and sewage lines of various diameter ranging from 1.2meter to 2.0 meter.
Reporting to EHS Head, lead a team of one Project HSE Manager, two Senior HSE Engineers, Four HSE Engineers, Fifteen HSE Officer’s and two HSE inspectors. Duties include development of health, safety and environmental management system and on-site implementation, monitoring, auditing, and management of all projects monitoring, performance and advising the management for all legal requirements & management of subcontractors.

Project: - Dubai Safari Wadi Package
Construction of wadi infrastructure work including excavation for pipe lying, fountains, crossing pedestrian’s wooden bridges, earth works, rock works, fencing and hard landscaping.

Project: - Relocation & Upgrading of Existing W7 Sewerage Pumping Station & Force Main.
Construction of deep gravity line of depth varies from 6 meter to 24 meters including Non-Destructive Road crossings, manholes, chambers, lifting stations, electromechanical installation, MMC room, Davit crane installation, submersible pumps, gate valves, air valves, penstock and access roads, connection with exiting sewage network and abandonment of exiting sewage network.

Reporting to General Manage, lead a team of two HSE Coordinators & eight HSE Officer’s. Advising the construction team for requirements and status of health and safety, preparation and implementation of plans, procedures, reporting of statistics, site walks with client representatives, development of annual reports and conducting internal audits for quality, health, safety, and environment.

Project: - R 881/1 Comprehensive Improvements of Parallel Road Al Barsha- Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Roads works, installation of sewerage, storm water, drainage, and water work for industrial area. Micro tunneling works for water and sewage lines for various diameter pipelines in main highways.
Project: - Al Misk Development Stage 1 & 2.
Infrastructure works for the new housing society including all types of utilities, Sewerage pipeline and manholes, pumping stations, storm water, piping, drainage pipeline and pumping station, potable water networks and storage reservoir and internal road works.
Project: - Dubai Metro Green & Red Line - Utilities divisions and installation of new services (Elevated & Underground section).
Diversion / reallocation of existing roads & infrastructure via open cut and micro tunneling for 2.0 diameter sewage network and installation of new infrastructure services affected by Metro project under ground and elevated section as well utilities for metro project.
Reporting to Project Manager and Corporate HSE Manager, lead a team of four HSE Officer’s. Advising the construction team, carrying out activity-based risk assessment and inspections, conducting health and safety trainings to workforce, incident investigation and drafting monthly reports to management.

Project: -Operations of Fuel Terminal -Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
Operations of fuel terminal in Jabal Ali (bulk liquid storage facilities with additional facilities include heating and chilling for the tanks and bulk nitrogen for blanketing, inerting and pigging). The terminal’s Jebel Ali facility has a capacity of 54, 401 cubic meters through 59 tanks.
Reporting to the Loss prevention engineer. Duties include but not limited to daily routine terminal inspections, preparing reports, participating in incident investigations, risk & emergency management, trainings, etc.
