• IMS/Volte Network Capacity, Planning, Design & Operations lead for Samsung India Electronics for RJIO 4G Projects.
• Handling the Jio VoLTE solution covers the IMS, EPC, signaling, and VoLTE networks
• IMS, SGSN, MME, S-GW, P-GW, GGSN, EPC, DNS and ISP network.

• Ensure best practices & Standards to ensure smooth operations and efficient trouble shooting during network issues.
• IMS Voice & Messaging system, Unified communication & Conferencing of Network Operation
• EPC/VoLTE/IMS messaging technologies such as MMS, SMSC.

Responsibility & Skills: -
• Experience on 2G, 3G, LTE network switching operation and troubleshooting on MSC, HLR, HSS, MGW, STP, MSS, IMS, IMT nodes
• Responsible for carrying out Preventive Maintenance activities to keep Core network Healthy within the maintenance window and ensure no outage during the Activity.
• Good ability of handling the faults and critical outages in order to minimize MTTR and taking corrective actions for restoration of services within the minimum possible time.
• Carrying out in depth analysis of faults and implementation of corrective measures to avoid the repetition of the faults.
• Responsible for handling all the equipments and service parameters of Core network.
• Responsible and carried out various project related activities like implementation of new services
• Responsible for 24X7 availability on regular basis
• Carried out timely audits and provides input for the improvement of the network.
• Always keep floe of knowledge to the colleagues and team members
• >=95% success rate in solving the incidents with in SLA
• Resolution and timely response of 99% for Service Requests within SLA
• >99.7% success rate in all the changes requested implemented.
• Maintenance of Network KPIs as per the guidelines from NNOC
• Continuous improvement of CS core network Performance and minimize outages by planning of alternate routing and traffic diversion.
