Key Responsibilities:
As the Regional Marketing Manager at USG Middle East, I spearheaded various initiatives to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and establish key industry partnerships across 25 countries.
• Budgeting and Financial Management:
o Set and monitored the annual consolidate sales budget across all divisions and branches, ensuring alignment with revenue, GP, and NP targets.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy and Leadership:
o Led regional marketing strategies across 25 countries.
o Oversaw marketing activities for authorized distributors, including conducting periodic technical and new product trainings.
• Product Launches and Collateral Management:
o Launched the new specialty ceiling product range in 2020, resulting in consecutive sales growth of 8% in 2021 and 10% in 2022.
o Driving the creation of detailed and compelling technical content for product collaterals. Collaborating seamlessly with the design team to ensure visually engaging and impactful materials. Overseeing the entire process from content ideation to final publication.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Implemented interactive commercial dashboards on PowerBI for C-level and Salesforce, significantly enhancing decision-making capabilities and obviating the need for Oracle CX dashboards.
• Market Penetration and Partnerships:
o Led successful market penetration strategies, increasing market share and products awareness.
o Fully managed OEM business model and established key regional industry partnerships.
• Team Management and Development:
o Managed a digital marketing team, overseeing e-commerce, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Managed specification, graphic design, and mockups/samples teams. Total ten people.
