• Takeoff the Quantities from the shop drawings
• Prepare the monthly interim payment application (IPA)
• Review and preparation of subcontract or / suppliers payment certificate (IPC)
• Site visit and take the site measurement & Cross check the installation works.
• Maintain the Material Delivery Logs and updates.
• Coordinate with site engineer about the site & installation progress
• Submit the monthly report for all projects to Technical manager
• Coordinate With factory manager about the material Delivery progress

CLIENT: Span Developers
LOCATION: Mallika Mawatha, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia, Colombo - Sri Lanka

• Study, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies & additional BOQ items/scope.
• Quantity take off for all sections based on pricing preambles and compiling the tender BOQ with description.
• Send RFQ, collection of subcontract/suppliers quotations analyze and preparation of cost comparison.
• Preparation of Monthly Payment Application.
• Estimate of variation and extra works.
• Site visit and joint measurement with Sub-contractor and Client.
• Review and preparation of subcontractor/suppliers payment certificate.
• Assessing the Subcontractor Variation.
• Assist to the Senior Estimator for budgeting, pricing, checking the Bill of Quantities and assisting for tender submission too.
• Assist the superiors with the range of other duties as required.

Assist to preparation of Bill of Quantities and detailed & accurate quantity take off from shop drawings for material procurement.
Identify the variations from IFC drawings.
Assist to evaluate and certify of sub-contractors & suppliers payment certificates.
Joint measurement with sub-contractors for valuations and variations and rectify disputes.
Assist to Preparation and process monthly interim payment application under main contract agreement.
Preparation & take the site measurement for the progress of work done.
Provide and maintain file management system for all estimation activities.
Maintain day works records and material on site report.
