• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of engineers, AutoCAD operators, permits & safety officers, and water quality laboratory staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings, ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
• Oversee all technical support activities for pipelines, pumping stations, and new irrigation development projects.
• Provide engineering guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and support O&M teams in resolving field challenges.

• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, industry standards, and Royal Commission (RC) guidelines.

• Supervise initial acceptance inspections and handover of Irrigation Assets from RC construction Department.
• Manage technical activities supporting the operation and maintenance of water transmission pipelines, pump stations, and irrigation networks.
• Coordinate shutdown plans, asset inspections, rehabilitation works, and system improvement projects.
• Work closely with the O&M division to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize system performance.
• Review and approve safety documentation, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Ensure laboratory operations meet water quality standards and reporting requirements.

• Coordinate with RC Construction Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Act as the Acting Project Manager during the absence of the Project Manager to oversee and supervise the technical activities on the project.

• Planning, schedule and monitor the implementations plan of operation and maintenance.
• Support and promote the implementation of safety, quality, and project execution plans.
• Preparation of Monthly Preventive Maintenance schedules for Operation & Maintenance Departments within Project.
• Preparation of data logs for the PM activities & calculate the daily, monthly KPIs.
• Provide the technical standards, procedure, Schedule and Technical support to Operation and Maintenance departments for better quality work.
• Preparation of cost evaluation reports for the corrective maintenance.
• Determine the Manpower, Equipment, Materials from start to finish of maintenance or installation activities related to the modification in the existing Irrigation water network including new site development, Irrigation Pump Stations etc.
• Planning & performing the quality inspections for the operation & maintenance PM-CM activities.
• Technical Documentation of O&M investigation Reports, Breakdown Reports for Irrigation Pump stations, Pipe break repair report, Site visit reports, Work progress reports, Daily Project Reports, Project inventory & Assets reports etc.
• Documentation of Work Procedures, Method of statements & Risk management reports.
• Coordinate and visit the jobsite as required, to resolve problems, interpret drawings and documents and provide technical support for installation & Maintenance of Electrical & instrumentation Panels, Filed Instruments, RTU, Solenoid Valves, Motorized Valves, Flow meters, Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Chlorination System etc.
• Supervision of installation & Calibration of Field instruments & electrical system.
• Monitoring & analysis data collected from the instruments to identify the issues that may require actions.
• Preparation of treated water quality & compliance reports using the data collection from the Analyzers (pH, Turbidity, FRC, TDS etc.) to match the client standards.

• Reviewing & Updating the As Built and Project layout as per the modification work under O&M.
