01. Monthly feed the journal Entries of Sale Purchase & expense
02. VAT Calculation And Submit GAZT Portal
03. Banking Related work
04. End of the Year Balance Sheet & other Financial work
etc.

Loan Disbursal:
 Under-writing of Loans by following Credit Policy and maintaining TAT standards.
 Credit Appraisal and analysis of Loan proposals.
 Checking and Verification of Customers credit worthiness and Viability calculation by Vehicle Operating Economics.
 Checking and Verification of Customer’s KYCs and Vehicles documents like R.C., Insurance, Tax, Permit, Fitness etc.
 Chassis Decoding and TVR
Customer Service:
 Offering Solution to walk-in customers and resolve his query by identify his need & requirement.
 Cross cell Insurance, Investment, Tyre Loans and other Products of company.
 Relationship building with Customers & Dealers and generate new leads.
Cash/Expenditure/Asset/Account Management:
 Monitoring of Cash Collection and Expenditure of branch.
 Control and Verification of manual receipts/ system Vouchers.
 Verify physical Assets in the office with Book Assets periodically as custodian of Branch Asset.
 Procurement of new asset and sale of scrap asset followed by Policy and prescribed accounting procedure.
Office Management:
 Housekeeping and General Administration functions.
 Ensuring smooth conduct of Rules and Discipline.
 Responsible for branch management in the absence of Branch Manager.

 Working as Assistant Accountant in Rose Valley Marketing India Limited
 My post is assistant accountant but the absence of a manager i have also had charge of the branch manager.
 Maintain daily cashbook proper.
 Check daily all staff work.
 Daily check all cash transaction throw computer operator and cashier.
 Sanction all valid expenses.
 Passed important bill throw office boy.
 I work with the full responsibility of the branch office
