1. Planning and scheduling the day to day activity.
2. Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems,
bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts. Monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
3. Estimation of required pumps, discharge hoses, other accessories based on client’s requirement and approved drawings.
4. Ensuring that the pumps, materials delivered on site are in an acceptable standard both operation & safety wise.
5. Managing total of 18 work force including Foreman, Electrician, Pump Operators and so on.
6. Delegating the tasks appropriately by utilizing the unique ability and outsourcing whenever required.
7. Setting work themes for each day of the activity as to ensure quality service is rendered to the client.
8. Maintaining a prompt response system in emergency situations like breakdowns, overflows, soil/water contamination, etc.
9. Making sure that everything under our and client’s responsibility is in place and raising delay notice, prompt notification in case of breach from client’s side.
10. Promptly notifying the client in case if any slurry/muddy water is pumped from the trenches during the excavation or aggregate filling process, to make sure that mitigation measures are taken to prevent contaminated water being pumped into the Lagoons.
11. Liaising with client to ensure that our program maps their program to ease smooth progress of works.
12. Maintaining a very healthy QHSE level throughout the project.
13. Ensuring that proper communication lines are in place and work force are aware of their responsibilities and reporting lines to work as a team towards a common goal.
• Establishes production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization
of resources (machines, raw material and manpower).
• Supervises production processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
• Prepares annual production plans and obtains approval of Director of production.
• Plan production capacities according to yearly sales projections.
• Monitor production vs. sales to review production schedule accordingly. Ensure enough
replenishments of finished goods supply.
• Prepare short and long term plans to determine the manufacturing objectives
• Establish production scheduling and recording system that will ensure accurate recording of
production figures and stoppage analysis to make timely and precise reports for company
management and future planning
• Participate in preparing; reviewing and evaluating the manufacturing costs to ensure the
company cost are efficient.
Involved in the examination, development as well as testing of mechanical equipment, tools and
production planning. Responsible for providing engineering support for activities to ensure that
components and equipment is maintained and refurbished correctly
