*Prepared Memos (Warning Letters, Termination Letters, Petty cash required for employees maintenance)
*Prepared Job Offer Letter, Employment Contract and Joining Letter for New Recruited Employees.
*Gave ID, Health Card and Driving License to all Employees.
*Maintained Company Vehicles Record and updated it on Regular Basis.
*Prepared Quotation and Requisition for Supplies.
*Continuously Coordinated with Finance Department to provide funds for Employees Maintenance and company related operations.
*Maintained Employees files and Company Documents on Regular Basis.
*Arranged Accommodation and leave Settlement for all Employees and provided them all Basic Required Facilities.
