Develop and implement functional policy, direct and manage activities, including employment,
compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

e.g. payroll, leave management, joiners, leavers, promotions etc.

*Partner with business leaders to proactively manage talent acquisition, people moves and talent development.
*Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including our recruitment channels and partners, to source the best possible talents.
*Manage employee relations and act as a coach to business leaders and team members.
*Partner with business leaders to build talent capability through learning and development.
*Lead the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and HR programmes.
*Manage the performance appraisal process and provide advisory to business leaders.
*Manage HR budget and compensation and benefits.
Policy & Procedure - To ensure human resources policies and procedures and properly interpreted and
consistently applied across the organization.
* Employee orientation - Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new
employees are quickly integrated into the company.
* HRMS - To ensure the implementation and maintenance of an up-to-date Human Resources Information
System.
* Employee Relations - Handle employee relation and issues. Briefing the Director - HR on significant
issues.
* HR Initiative - Successfully implement corporate HR initiatives and communication.
* HR Audits - Take Responsibility for the HR Audits and ensure minimum NCs.
* HR Operations - Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks.
* Other - Manage general HR management issues.
Job Profile: Responsible to lead, direct and manage the HR functions of the business unit in line with strategic direction of
corporate HR. Key responsibilities handled:
· Work closely with the Head of HR and CEO to identify the Human capital needs and handle the HR operations and
personnel relations.
· Compile workforce requirements into an HR plan and execute recruitment activities under the supervision of Head
of HR.
· Responsible for the implementation of the relevant HR policies.
· Prepare the HR/ Admin budget under the supervision of Head of HR.
· Update the Job descriptions & organization structure on regular basis.
· Managed in monitoring performance management, prepare KPI, provide guidance, and conduct appraisals.
· Prepare training plans in coordination with Corporate HR.
· Assist Head of HR in handling the Health insurance policy.
· Handle grievance and complaints as per the approved policy.
· Monitor all personnel matters related to time attendance, payroll (Oracle) deductions and travel
arrangement’s/expenses employees and submit status reports to the CEO/Head of HR.
· Taking care of employee on boarding /off boarding. Arranged the induction program for the new joiners.
· Supported in handling workplace issues through counseling, preparing warning letters.
· Liaising and coordinating with PRO regarding new visa application, visas renewal and visa cancellation processing.
Coordinate internal and external recruitment activities. Participation in the recruitment process
(advertisements, selection and Interviews) and provide advice to Line Managers.
* Drive the entire performance management process for all employees at Regional office.
* Ensure all recruitment positions have an up to date job description and are evaluated.
* Providing Induction, the new joiners, over view the organization structure with PPT presentation.
