Worked in delivering various training to leading companies in Saudi Arabia Such as Mobily in their re-branding program that was given to all Staff, AlRajhi Bank in serve with Smile program. Also I've delivered many Dale Carnegie programs to Riyadh Bank, SAGIA (Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority).
I was responsible for all learning needs of all employees. Oversaw initial learning analysis, recommended learning solutions Developed and maintained learning strategy and plan and monitored progress against plan. Partnered with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and define appropriate learning solutions. Led team of learning instructors responsible for delivering learning solutions.
Worked Saudi Arabia franchise of Dale Carnegie International Training and Dale Carnegie University as the Training Operation Manager. I've led the design and the implementation of management and self leadership development to many clients like AlRajhi Bank, SAGIA, Riyadh Bank, Bank AlBilad and Mobily.
Worked in Training Department where I helped to deliver technical terms training programs for new employees. The programs were designed to help Arabic speaking employees and all Vinnell workforce to acquire more knowledge about different military topics and pure technical terminology.
