Maintaining in house calibration, equipment maintenance and follow up of external calibration. Monitoring quality, hygiene and housekeeping standards and analyzing related data. Responsible for the liaising of all QA employees in related to HR and admin activities.. Documentation and Verification of records related to ISO & HACCP.
Chemical and microbiological testing for raw material and final products.
Monitoring and reporting about temperature and other parameters inside the production
floor, warehouse, vehicles and other related areas.

Complete microbiological analysis of soft drinks, juice products and water like Coliform, Total plate count, Yeast and Mold, Streptococcus, Pseudomonas by using filtration system, Complete swab test for filling machine and preparation units.
Complete analysis of raw materials.
Environmental Microbiological sampling and analysis.
Controlling and maintaining good C.I.P. performance.
Creating awareness among operators of the sources of microbial attacks in food
products so that they take precautionary measures.
Responsible for the water treatment section (Reverse osmosis & Mineralization).
Testing of water- alkalinity, turbidity, conductivity, T.D.S, hardness, pH, total and free chlorine, organic matter, heavy metals.
