KPA's:
•Sales &Targets: Achieve the yearly target by using all available brand strength in order to maximizes Sales, and turning the weaknesses into sales opportunities in line with company and brand standards. Plans and organizes key/promotional events in a timely and systematic way, to ensure on-time delivery.
•Customer Services: ensure team are delivering the highest possible customer service standards, and maintaining positive Customer interactions with All team.
•Margin: drive the margin to achieve the Margin BP in line with sales target by focusing on best seller items, controllable cost, stock loss, managing promotional calendar, and Prices.
•People : recruit and train the employees to deliver the excellent services, selling skills, and a very positive customer demand and expectations
KPA's: People : Hiring new employees, and develop the existing employees by implementing the trainings, disciplinary actions, motivating team, set a team spirit, implement developing action plans for the team, Key focus areas, and the evaluation process .
Organizational structure: setup a Keen structure which helped the company to develop the profile and develop the employees within the company.
Stock & Inventory: Biggest challenge to ensure stock are available as for first semiannual 2014 stock availability was 67%, by proper forecast and setting the MIN in stores we reached 93% stock availability by end of 2014. year 2015 we reach 97.4% stock availability., in 2016 we set a solid foundation for Logistic and Merchandisers to reach zero out of stock.
Targets: Company was -37% vs LY sales, several commercial decisions been made to recover first two Quarters loses by focusing on best sellers, promotions, trading hours, and Standards merchandising. We succeed in improving sales till end of the year 2014 to end by -3.4% vs Target and up on LY +2.1%. 2015 we achieved +34.43% vs LY and 23% up on target, by end of 2016 we achieved 13.02 % up on target and 48.2% up on LY.
Growth: by seeking new opportunities which include expanding in key areas, and developing the brands within the company, we opened new 6 showrooms and confirmed 3 more showrooms in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
P& L: driving the profit and turning the stores to profitable by controlling the losses, shrinkage, stores headcount, Shrinkage with (less than 0.1%), and the controllable costs.
Marketing activities : Analyze our Marketing Share across the region, increase the Market share by having activities, Advertising, social Media, and increase the customers awareness. My Plan is how to be first in customers mind to link the Beauty concept with NAZIH Co.
Objectives : Manage the overall operations in the country, setup the budgets and yearly target, increase the profitability, setup annual business plan, Reports, and developing Employees Performance.
KPI’s
• Budgeting and Annual Business Plan : Check the Financial Statement of 2017 and compare it with 1st Quarter Performance set-up the 2018 Business plan, and prepare the Annual Detailed Target and re-arrange the profit Margins to maximize the profitability and improve the Cash Flows.by applying the following :
1. Setup the Yearly target, Quarterly, and Monthly according to the history of sales.
2. Study each Brand and what is the projection sales for each, conducting SWOT analysis to identify the opportunity for each brand to maximize the sales.
3. Check 2017 Balance Sheet and study the Bottom Line for the company and set the policies and procedures to ensure the Cost cutting includes the Purchase, Stock control, and Expenses which reflect on the cash flows.
4. Maximizes the company revenues by increasing the Customer footfall in stores through, Customers Rewarding System, Smart Offers, and Digital Marketing and Social Media.
5. Creating new sales Channel “E-Commerce” .
• People Management: Re-structuring departments to increase the efficiency and combining each section related to another according to Business needs. Developing the employees to improve their competencies by conducting more trainings, Educational Info, and improve the communication level.
• Operations: monitor the stores Performance, stock deliveries, shrinkage, suppliers activities, ATV\IPC, CRM, and Customer Service levels. Setting The SOP and LP procedures.
• Marketing: supervise all the marketing activities “Online\Off Line”, set a promotional Calendar, and setup a marketing budget .
• Brand Management : Arrange the yearly Orders, Meet the Brand Target, price negotiations, and shipping coordinating.
Store Manger (Mango)
Maximizes store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales.
Reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls.
Delivers the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and ensures individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures.
For assigned stores, manages visual merchandisers/co-ordinates the activities of store staff to contribute to achievement of sales targets and drive sales performance, through effective store layouts and window displays.
Train the employees and update them with the new trends according to the fashion seasons
