teams and delivering a compliant, programme-neutral resolution.
• Recovered 10 days of schedule by executing ground-floor columns and roof slab concurrently, and
redesigned the construction zone sequencing plan to reduce crew idle time and improve overall
execution efficiency.

RFIs, method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and formal project correspondence.
