1) Paperless office, I led a team that has converted 180 out of 210 company's paper forms from paper to digital document format where it has saved the company a huge storage space, made the forms available online for all, and attached databases to complete filling the other blanks. This project saved the company $180 MM of operational cost.
2) Assigned by CIO to hold the position of Corporate Technology Coordinator for LAN Admins and CSLs (about 950+ persons). Held 12 quarterly meeting with 300 technical staff from 150 departments, where they get updated about all IT news and advancements.
3) Developed the first Intranet website in the company that display important messages that served technical LAN Admins and Corporate Security Liaisons (CSLs). Saved the company the time for employees awareness campaigns.
4) Revisited the software contract with software companies and managed to rewrite the contract where we were able to save the company $4MM annually, and delivered the software in 1 day rather than 60 days.
4) Coordinated the computing services to the rest of the company employees, 60, 000. (including: Y2K, NT Migration, Virus Protection, Quarterly Technical Meetings)
5) Developed a video streaming kit and tested it thoroughly to broadcasted the Saudi Aramco’s new logo Live inauguration ceremony to all Saudi Aramco’s employees’ computers worldwide. This saved the company the cost of 6000 employees attending the ceremony locally which is estimated to be about $22 MM.

Installed all needed wirings and software for. In every location we have created a Business Rooms for all customers that hold all necessary equipments such as Computers, Color Printer, Copier, Scanner, Fax, Phone, Pager, Mobile Phones, and display projectors.
