• I'm responsible for maintaining the company's IT network, and I'm responsible for investigating and diagnosing technical problems and making recommendations for improving the organization's IT systems and giving IT support for staff.
• Also, I am responsible for the Syrian Communication project FSC and it's one of the CSRO projects at this project I'm responsible for follow up the internet sources for beneficiaries and giving cyber security training for staff and some beneficiaries in Turkey.
Facilitating the daily tasks, helping the team maintain their target, setting up retrospectives sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions, removing obstacles and solving problems that affect the team to do their Work.
It is a Partial contract, I was responsible for the development of security and technical working plan and the administration system requirements and giving IT support for staff at the National Documentation office one of Adam Smith projects.
I was responsible for built and securing the entire network construction and installation of equipment servers, switches wireless AP, cabinets and managing and monitor it through Windows server 2012 environment.
I was responsible for the development of technical plans and studies for the implementation and monitoring of projects in accordance with the timetable and specific plan in addition to the work with the technical staff in the company to technically support these projects after implementation.
