Managing and assisting on various court cases of the company including commercial and construction cases;
Follow up with external lawyers on all issues related to the cases heard before various courts in UAE;
Send legal correspondence to clients for collection of outstanding payments;
Follow up before the police stations, prosecutors and administrative authorities of various types;
Establishing different type of companies and follow up with all related authorities and in UAE;
Coordinate with other departments on legal matters;
Drafting & preparing all legal documents AOA, MOA, POA and legal notices;
Handling all legal documents and attestations from ministries and consulates;
Supervise and follow up on obtaining building permits, demarcation, re-demarcation, completion certificates for company’s projects;
Follow up on all NOC from authorities (Municipalities, RTA, Etisalat, DEWA);
Renew and maintain all company’s leases in the UAE before its expiry.
Review progress of outstanding litigations and liaise with and manage external lawyers;
Oversee all legal aspects of litigation including control of litigation cases and evaluation of potential litigation risks;
Advise staff when it is necessary to negotiate settlements;
Monitor ongoing litigation, trials, appeal, cassation and execution cases and other associated case tasks;
Prepare, draft pleadings and conduct legal research;
Prepare oral and written legal analysis and document litigation recommendations;
Handling all the criminal cases before the Dubai Police and Public Prosecution and Rental Disputes case before the Rental Disputes Center in Dubai and filing all the lawsuits against the defaulter’s tenants;
Handle all the cases in the execution stage, and follow up the execution proceedings on daily basis;
Attending the expert meetings & prepare all required submissions;
Handling all works with DLD & RERA related to our projects registration, companies registration, projects escrow accounts, OQOOD and DCR and create a wide relationship and business with DLD and RERA;
Establishing different types of companies and follow up with all related authorities in UAE;
Drafting & preparing all legal documents AOA, MOA, POA and legal notices; and
Coordinate with other departments in the legal matters.
Handling all the criminal cases before the Dubai Police and Public Prosecution and Rental Disputes case before the Rental Committee in Sharjah and filing all the lawsuits against the defaulter’s tenants;
Review progress of outstanding litigations and liaise with and manage external lawyers;
Drafting & preparing all legal documents AOA, MOA, POA and legal notices;
Handling all legal documents attestation from ministries and consulates;
Preparation, review and notarization of MOA and POA in UAE and Globally; and
Attend legal meetings and discuss legal strategies.
The experience in the field of execution procedures and related requests.
Experience in the field of trademark registration and follow its procedures before the competent authorities.
Experience in the field of administrative work and review of the courts.
Experience in the field of work in front of police station, prosecutors and administrative authorities of various types.
