During this period, My position is “Physiological and Genetic Studies on Traits Related to Cold Tolerance in vegetables”, as a visiting scientist on investigates of quality regulation for fruits and vegetables based on organic farming and biological agriculture technologies development in China.
And provide field experiment operating and participate laboratory meeting.

1- Training and extension for agricultural engineers on Organic Farming system.
2- Supervision of some experimental fields that apply organic agriculture system.
3- Handling daily work related to the technical office.
4- Responsible for applying the yearly training programs plan.
5- Assigned member for applying quality control system.
6- Participating in some projects sponsored by foreign parties.
7- Assisting farmers in applying organic agriculture systems.
8- Assisting firms and agriculture associations on new applications related to the organic
agriculture.
9- Assigned member in the tenders and bids of purchasing scientific equipments and other
accommodations.
10- Preparing and presenting the weekly and monthly reports related to workflow of the
C.L.O.A to the top management (A.R.C).

1- Lecturer of plant science and General biology.
2- Coordinator for education courses such as: (Organic agriculture and Health benefits,
Organic food and its effect on health… etc).
3- Assigned member for applying quality control system.
4- Responsible for development of the continuous learning programs.
5- Handling administrative work for the institution.
6- Organizing workshops and seminars.
7- Responsible for tenders and bids of purchasing medical & scientific equipments.
8- Responsible for preparing reports including all data related to the administrative
issues.
9- Preparing yearly appraisals for the employees.
10- Institution delegated representative for attending workshops, seminars and
conferences.

1- Responsible for enhancing and developing irrigating systems (Green house and open
field).
2- Supervision of some experiential fields that apply organic agriculture system in different
sectors / zones.
3- Training small producers and farmers on how to use Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) on
their daily work.
4- Teaching young farmers the benefits of applying organic agriculture system.
5- Introduce new techniques (as compost, vermicompost, packaging …etc.) to farmers.
6- Training fresh agricultural engineers how to deal with farmers, monitor crops nutrition and
to apply integrated Pest Management.

7- Representing the firm in making contracts with farmers to purchase their agriculture crops.
8- Responsible for preparing monthly reports about farms under my supervision and
presenting them to the top management.
9- Responsible for the administrative work related to the farms under my supervision.
10- Convince farmers to shift to organic agriculture systems instead

for farms in Egypt, Kuwait and KSA to apply organic systems, Global Gap and
monitoring Quality control systems for quality assurance.
Preparing Farms General Assessment (Quality and Economic assessment) for farms
producing vegetables, date palms, citrus and grapes either in open field or green house.
