▪ Performs day-to-day key management functions pertaining to key access and controls on various security hardware/software products and processes to include but not limited to receipt of projects and /or keys, key logs and inventories, key generation, key encryption, key loading, testing, research, analysis and problem resolution
▪ Modification of forms and scripts under the direction of a senior custodian. Work on complex projects as assigned working with a senior custodian.
▪ Provide oral and written communication with internal and external clients with guidance from a senior as required.
▪ Responds to a majority of all incoming telephone calls by responding in a courteous manner within established TSYS telephone policy.
▪ Provides On-Call support for Key Management Group.
▪ Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of Sector : Provides non-technical and technical support on Key Management’s multiple systems and processes through maintenance, modification, analysis, and problem resolution to support ongoing delivery of services and or operations. This includes, but is not limited to, processing key projects and other key administration functions. After initial training period, this position should be proficient in daily administration of key projects and controls surrounding the use of cryptographic keys and data. They should understand all security policies and procedures and function within the established guidelines. Problem solving and work flow analysis is integral to this position. All aspects of this job require a high level of confidentiality and integrity .

▪ Design and development of Credit Cards data preparation applications
( Personalization Applications ) .
▪ Design and development of the website of the company .
▪ Design and development of applications to prepare and print credit cards PIN's .
▪ Design and development of other applications to prepare protocols of cards orders .
▪ Work on the ERP software .
