The Project, “Vida Dubai Mall”, comprises the construction, completion of the Main contract works forming part of Project known as Vida Dubai Mall, Downtown Development at Plot no. 132-133 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Main Contractor scope of work comprises of the carrying out Two Towers and a Common Podium above a single Basement.
Tower One Houses the Vida Hotel (8 Floors) and Serviced Apartments (54 floors total + MEP+ Roofs) while Tower Two (37 Floors +MEP+ Roofs) consists solely of Branded residential floors, managed by Vida.
This project comprises of Build‐Equipping‐Furnishing & Commissioning with the foot print area of 7300 m², is in the Downtown Dubai.

• Serve as the senior site person responsible for all technical and Ccontractual aspects of the project from the concept design till issuance of TOC.
• In charge and managing the project team of around 25 junior and senior staff with good experience of managing and inspiring large or extended multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate with Client representative continuously regarding project progress and area of concern.
• Review assess and initial interim monthly payment of the contractor.
• Review and monitor the contractor quality on site and issue necessary nonconformance reports.
• Monitor the contractor progress on site in line with the construction programme, identify area of concern and issue necessary letter to contactor.
• Monitor the contractor procurement for all long lead items and ensure placing the order and delivery of the material is in line with the baseline programme
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes relating to high rise / vertical structures.
• Assess change requests as submitted by Contractor and report the recommendation to Client representative.
• Provide regular project status and performance updates to the line manager
• Attend and lead team and project meetings, cascade relevant information and encourage feedback from team.
• Liaise with design team and chase them for responding to any design query.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Works with and supports the Project Director relating to all designated tasks and
responsibilities.
• First point of contact with Client, Consultant and Contractor for all day-to-day construction
activities.
• Leading and motivated the Project and Construction Management Personnel and Delivery
Teams.
• Pro-active management of Consultants, Sub-Consultants, Contractors, and project
participants.
• Ensuring continual compliance with overall project delivery strategies.
• Ensuring all parties are performing in accordance with their contracted services and their duties

•Position Assistant Resident Engineer
•Duties:
•Assist the resident engineer in all aspects of project management and construction supervision to ensure contractual and specification compliances.
•Managing, review, and approval of structural shop drawings, RFI’s, technical submittals and material submittals.
•Maintaining quality control and timely execution of the project.
•Certifying bills, variations and attending technical queries. Checking and approving shop drawings and submittals.
•Arranging weekly meeting with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Preparing and maintaining minutes of meeting, correspondence, and progress report for the project.
•Coordinating with Main contractors, Sub-contractors, Nominated Contractors and Authorities, etc. for all necessary results.
•Provide advice to site team and responsibility for technical aspects of the project.
