The Project, “Vida Dubai Mall”, comprises the construction, completion of the Main contract works forming part of Project known as Vida Dubai Mall, Downtown Development at Plot no. 132-133 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Main Contractor scope of work comprises of the carrying out Two Towers and a Common Podium above a single Basement.
Tower One Houses the Vida Hotel (8 Floors) and Serviced Apartments (54 floors total + MEP+ Roofs) while Tower Two (37 Floors +MEP+ Roofs) consists solely of Branded residential floors, managed by Vida.
This project comprises of Build‐Equipping‐Furnishing & Commissioning with the foot print area of 7300 m², is in the Downtown Dubai.

• Serve as the senior site person responsible for all technical and Ccontractual aspects of the project from the concept design till issuance of TOC.
• In charge and managing the project team of around 25 junior and senior staff with good experience of managing and inspiring large or extended multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate with Client representative continuously regarding project progress and area of concern.
• Review assess and initial interim monthly payment of the contractor.
• Review and monitor the contractor quality on site and issue necessary nonconformance reports.
• Monitor the contractor progress on site in line with the construction programme, identify area of concern and issue necessary letter to contactor.
• Monitor the contractor procurement for all long lead items and ensure placing the order and delivery of the material is in line with the baseline programme
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes relating to high rise / vertical structures.
