a) Design the electrical drawings for site accommodation & offices, preparing all the required shop drawings and materials to submit for approval.
b) Check and review the design bid documents such as scope of work, Responsibility Matrix, technical specifications, BOQ, drawings and project standards.
c) Study and analyses the developed design documents to ensure compliance with bid of the project, standards, references and LEED requirement.
d) Preparing and raising technical queries to get approval from the client.
e) Preparing a changing list shows the new changes which added to the original project bid proposal for variation orders.
f) Co-ordination with our disciplines to complete all services and insure that no clashing and mismatching to be ready for site construction.
g) Preparing all electrical and composite shop drawings.
h) Review and preparing the electrical technical packages for all materials to submit to Suppliers and Vendors for receiving their quotations.
i) Preparing material takes off and estimation cost for the new projects and prepare the bid proposals.
