 Monitored & optimized throughput by analyzing radio condition MCS coding utilization, PRB utilization, Traffic Trend, parameters optimization like maxGbrTrafficlimit, P0NominalPusch and P0nominalpucch.
 Balanced the Traffic between TDD (20MHz) and FDD(5MHz) carrier with the help of inter frequency load balancing features introduction and parameters tuning like nomNumPrbNonGbr, highLoadNonGbrDl and highLoadPdcch and hence distributed traffic at the ratio of 75 and 25% between TDD and FDD carrier and DL IP Throughput improved by 40%
 Successfully introduced all VoLTE related features like VoLTE UL coverage boosting, TTI bundling, EPS bearers for conversational voice, extended measurement features, semi persistent scheduling and successfully launched VoLTE services.
 Improved the DL throughput with the help of PRB utilization trend, max rrc connected users and parameters tuning.
 Improved RRC set up success rate with the help of timer T300 and T301 tuning
