Venture Group is responsible for all new large scale projects being developed within RasGas
Preparing weekly and monthly Venture reports for circulation to shareholders
Preparing Venture deck for monthly review by CEO and RasGas senior management.
Processing all Venture documents/presentations for public release
Due to the nature of under construction projects, manpower requirements change continuously
My current role requires maintaining manpower for entire Venture Organization
Issuing weekly and monthly report on headcount for all new projects under Venture Group
Focal point between Venture Group and HR Group
Forecasting future manpower requirements and apprising management of the same
Preparing and presenting monthly manpower position and future requirements
Creating & stewarding annual metrics and headcount requirements - approved by CEO
Manpower input provided for annual budget exercise
Working with IT to develop in-house system to automate the manpower organization change system
The in-house development is a large project and is now reaching conclusion and system is under UAT
Job profile revolves around product enhancements/optimization and developing new products
Successfully launched a deposit account for overseas customers for their remittance and saving needs
Account allows Non Resident Pakistanis to open accounts in Pakistan whilst being abroad
Working with State Bank of Pakistan to launch a remittance beneficiaries’ Visa Card Account
Developing a high limit Debit Card & POS combined product to eliminate cash requirements for
Cash Management Collections customers to migrate them from cash to electronic collections
Working with Remittance Companies such as MoneyGram to identify gaps and problems and come
up with new solutions to increase remittance transactions and volume
Converting Collections and Remittance cash customers to account holders, thus increasing customer & deposit base.
Manage overall branding and product communication of Transaction Banking Products
Prepare product communication tools for both retail as well as corporate customers.
Evaluate business performance and implement tactics to increase share of wallet
Cross-sell transaction banking and retail products to existing corporate customers
Prepare product manuals and streamline business functions and solutions in order to attract new business
Successfully launched and executed first segment dedicated bank-wide Payroll Product proposition
Payroll / Salary Segment became the first segmented product to be launched by MCB - a major initiative for MCB
Trained over 500 branches across Pakistan
Conducted sales calls to Corporate and SME customers making presentations and informing them of benefits of ‘Salary Club’
Achieved phenomenal growth of new accts in 1st year, bringing revenue above PKR 400 Mn with 12k+ New to Bank Accts
Responsible for end to end customer handling and smooth on-boarding of customers from sales to salary processing
Worked on development of:
(i) Senior Citizens Account (ii) Children Account
(iii) Non Resident Pakistani Account - Accounts to be opened in Pakistan by NRPs living abroad
Manage all factors relating to product development/management, channel management and business/financial analysis
Formulate business strategies, conduct financial planning and forecasting, prepare cost / pricing models for new products
Research and prepare feasibility for retail liability product opportunities, prepare business case, seek management approval.
Plan annual calendar of product promotion campaigns for liability products, ensure implementation by Sales Units.
Write User Specifications and Marketing Kit/FAQ for new products, conduct user testing and ensure compliance.
Support the sales teams, branches and call center staff with product briefs, update on competition, brochures, flyers etc.
Ensuring the P&L is adequately managed on a MOM basis against budgeted numbers. This includes monitoring performance against EOP volumes (deposits), customer acquisitions, revenue/income, and channel contributions.
