I am involved in managing the development and testing team. Main Responsibilities are to
• Client communication, getting their requirements, defining scopes, time estimates, cost estimates and also business development.
• Managing three projects in addition to business development, client communication, tracking meeting and demos at different stages of the development work.
• Doing development work in projects
• Overview Product backlog and Prioritizing features and requirements
• Monitor QA Plan
• Monitor Deployment Plan and each customer specific deployment guides
• Schedule and monitor the Immediate, urgent and important support Issues
• Tracking the test case documents, Test Reports etc
• To face the milestones in the development activities and to fix them with development team.
• Manage the daily and weekly meetings with clients in Europe.
• Working with support team in Denmark for live customer issues.
I completed my master in software engineering from sweden in 2009. My Major interest is in programming and management.
